Visiting the site. When you open a page, our hosting provider Vercel processes the technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and the referring page. We need this to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel keeps these technical logs for a short time, and we do not keep a copy.

Statistics without cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. For each page view, according to Vercel’s documentation, it records the date and time, the page address, the referring page, filtered address parameters, the location derived from the request (country, region and city), the operating system and browser with their versions, and the type of device. It does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device: a visit is recognised only through a fingerprint calculated from the request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours, so you cannot be followed from one day to the next or across websites, and no personal identifier is collected. The script is served from our own domain. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing, in aggregate, which pages are used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We only see aggregated figures.

Email alerts. If you ask to be told about new pre-owned listings for a model, we process your email address, the model and the language you chose. Your request goes from our server to Brevo, which sends you a confirmation email: you are added to the alert list only if you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). Brevo records the date of your request and of your confirmation. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Search. Search runs entirely in your browser on a list of brands, lines and models downloaded from our site: what you type is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Emails you send us. If you write to contact@patinapulse.com, we process your address, your name if you give it and the content of your message, only to reply and to handle your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you; for privacy requests, our legal obligation. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not make automated decisions about you. The site has no user accounts, no payments and no contact form. It is not directed at children under 14.
